Thank you for choosing Maracocina. We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products made with love and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns / Refunds
Because our food products are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns or issue any refunds. All other products can be refunded or exchanged for other products at the discretion of Maracocina. If, you received an item incorrectly, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send you the right item at no cost to you or issue a store credit. If the customer orders the wrong item by mistake, Maracocina will issue a full refund of the cost of the item - shipping cost not refundable - after receiving the original item back in the same condition in which it was sent. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Non-Refundable Items
All orders placed by the customer with incorrect shipping information are not eligible for refund/returns.
Shipping Issues
While every effort is made to ensure efficient delivery, we are not responsible for delays/losses or damage to any of our products caused by the shipping carrier. No refunds will apply.
