Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer local pickup or delivery in select areas. If available, the option will appear at checkout or can be arranged by contacting us directly at maracocina.info@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your shipment status through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues

Maracocina is not responsible for: Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Delays caused by the shipping carrier. Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. 

If your order arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
